Meet our Adobe Summit 2022 Session Presenters

Adobe Summit 2022 is just around the corner, April 15-16. We wanted to take a few minutes to introduce you to the presenters for our session, “The Grand Journey: Driving Content Management, Workflow, and UX”. We are incredibly proud of the work that Tom and Lauren have done in putting together such a comprehensive presentation about how Grand Design RV, and organizations like them, can succeed with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, and AEM as a Cloud Service.

Lauren McCumber, Manager, Solutions Consultant, Hoodoo Digital

Lauren has a strong history and focus in agile software development. She is committed to ensuring her clients are informed and involved throughout the detailed project lifecycle. The results are smoothly run projects and deployments and satisfied customers who have met their goals. 


Lauren also holds certifications in both Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Workfront, products that she has been supporting for several years. Lauren improves each of her projects by coupling her extensive knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud with excellent project management skills. Her depth in both of these areas ensures that she can keep a project on track and manage resources effectively while keeping her teammates engaged and encouraged. 


Lauren has two rambunctious kiddos and energetic dogs that frequently keep her on the move, but she wouldn't have it any other way! Together they enjoy hiking new trails, trying new foods at local restaurants, and enjoying every Utah adventure they can…when they aren't at a soccer match, dance recital, or science fair.

Thomas Holt, Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, Grand Design RV

Tom is the Director of Brand Experience and Marketing Operations with a strong background in brand marketing strategy and tactics. With over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales, operations, product management, and customer service, Tom brings a unique, well-rounded skill set to the table.


Tom's vision for the future of digital customer brand experience lead him to become a student of Adobe's platform and the Data-Driven Operational Model (DDOM) and how Grand Design can leverage the Adobe stack to achieve the organization's goals while keeping the department size small and agile.


Tom and his large family live in northern Indiana, where he enjoys hunting, fishing, and training his two Labrador Retrievers for competitive field trials and hunt tests.
